Create a basic QA process for the shell and apps
For 6.1 and the next KDE Gear release, I'd like to have more QA so we avoid some of the issues that we continuously have happen after software releases.
Current problems:
- We aren't able to test Plasma after branching happens (ex. Plasma 6.0) because the nightly repos are still built for master
- We don't do any testing for applications before KDE Gear releases for mobile apps
- We don't have test plans for both the shell and core apps
What I think we need to have:
- Start having rolling nightly images that track apps and the shell after branching happens for a release
- Create basic test plans to sanity check functionality in the shell
- Create a list of apps we consider "core" to mobile functionality, and test plans to run prior to any KDE Gear releases
- Integrate some sanity checks for the shell in the QA pipeline (?)
