Kickoff: Move the underlined tab to the top.

Hi, I'm a designer from a MOS distribution with a Plasma shell for education. And I have a suggestion to improve the UX.

The movement is caused by a logical physiological approach to reading the interface:

1. A person reads the text from left to right (not in all countries) from top to bottom (in all countries I know)
2. The controls on the left affect the content on the right (in countries where they read from left to right), and the top is influenced by what is at the bottom.

In the presented layout, the logic is not violated, unlike the current implementation. The content switching tabs are located at the top, and the search field for this content is also there. That is, the entire top and middle of Kickoff works with applications and entry points.

And the bottom panel is responsible for the user's work with the device. This is just a UX preposition.
