Many changes in KDEPIM's CMakeLists.txt.

- Make it easier to read and modify
- Prefix the options with KDEPIM
- Remove the Kode check
- Move the X11_Xscreensaver check to the KTimetracker's CMakeLists
- Warn the user if QGpgME is not found.
