Replaces QTimeEdit with KTimeEdit and QDateEdit with
KDateEdit in eventortodomobile.ui, updates the qobject_casts
done in incidenceview.cpp and changes the remaining signals to
use {time,date}Edited() instead of {time,date}Changed().
