Tag version 1.8.1. Meant to be stable. defaultAdapter now returns an adapter if the default is not available, fixes bluez bug if there is more than one adapter. Also watch properly whether bluez service is available or not. Further and more interesting changes are coming for 1.9 and 2.0.
