Add destUrl to jobs

Allows the job view server to know what is the actual destination of a job and provide useful actions ("Open Containing Folder") when the job is done.

needs plasma/plasma-workspace!672 (merged)

  • Extracting an archive in my Downloads folder from Dolphin now shows "Extracting to Downloads" with a "Open Containing Folder" button once done
  • Dragging a file out of an archive somewhere now does the same

Unfortunately the backends only report percentage, not actually items extracted, so there's not much more additional info I could present.
