Emit readiness when creating new archive
There won't be any asynchronous job done, the part will be immediately ready. Ensures the welcome screen hides properly.
Not sure if ready needs to be balanced with busy or if it's just for the status bar thingie. Anyway, "Create new archive" now works fine again...
Needs cherry-picking to 21.12 I suppose
