Documenting BasKet's archive file format

This PR contains information on the current file format of the archive file (.baskets).

It is added to the docbook. However, i guess the documentation via docbook was intended as user documentation, and not for developers. What would be a better place for that part of the documentation, in the source code?

Ideally, the "uncompressed" directory structure would be explained, too ... in another PR.
