lsp: dont use kate template for snippet completion

Our usage is too basic and we can do without KateTemplate support. This also avoids bugs like text getting indented during completion. The reason for text getting indented is that KateTemplateHandler likes to "align" text for unknown reasons...

This also avoids issues with multiple cursors which are totally unusable with snippets
