add open-with entry to the context menu of the filebrowser

This patch adds a new entry to the context menu of the filebrowser addon:

The "Open With" action works similar to the equivalent in the filetree addon.

A welcome feedback would be how sharing code between addons should be handled, since this feature shares some code with the filetree addon which is duplicated ATM!?
