Pause the new message animation when not visible

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/pause-animation-when-hidden into master

This is relatively easy to trigger here (opening a QML file) and then runs indefinitely, no matter whether its visible or not, putting Kate easily in the top 3 wakeup triggers in powertop.
