addons/konsole: Add split horizontal, vertical and new tab to terminal tools

Akseli Lahtinen requested to merge work/akselmo/add-terminal-splitview into master

User can now split the kate terminal vertically and horizontally, and there is also a new action for opening a new tab, without having to remember a keyboard shortcut for it.
