Add StartupWMClass parameters to desktop files
Stumbled upon https://www.reddit.com/r/gnome/comments/kgmngf/how_to_better_integrate_the_kate_text_editor/ which asked for better Gnome integration of Kate. Currently it spawns two icons in the Dash. The post has the solution and this MR is to get it upstream.
