Scroll Synchronisation activation method reimplemented

Removed Scroll Synchronisation QAction from Split View menu and added a ToolButton to the Tab Bar
Made a single Scroll Synchronisation QAction for the Main Action Collection (hence user-hotkeyable)
Set an existing icon for Scroll Synchronisation
