Buildplugin: Fix file-name-detection if there is no message

Kåre Särs requested to merge work/sars/build_plugin_fix_file_detection_no_message into master

Make the space before the (optional) message optional

Also add a warning message in case the target file cannot be found and a hint to add a search path.
