Change Microsoft Store URL to apps.microsoft.com

The old URL intermittently didn't work for me and now it redirects to apps.microsoft.com with language fr-ch. Using the correct URL directly avoids these problems. I'm using the upper-case store ID because using the lower-case ID might break the publishing CD job (which extracts the store ID from the URL).

The URL is used by https://apps.kde.org/kate. Hmm, just got "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." again when clicking on the link at the apps.kde.org page.
