Dont override the cursor for whole application when building

Currently when building using the Kate Build Plugin, the cursor for whole application changes. Imo, there is no reason to do this, especially because while building I am often browsing the code, or maybe browsing through the build output. The busy cursor makes this very awkward.

This is first in a series of build plugin improvements that I want to propose.
