Normalize color theme docs images, restore processibility and structure of the docs

Yuri Chornoivan requested to merge yurchor/kate:fix_doc_images into master
  1. Images are normalized to optimize the package size.
  2. Images are put in the same directory as index.docbook to allow processing by the installation and conversion scripts.
  3. Remove world-writable bit from images.
