Show untracked files in project plugin

Untracked files are not shown in the Project plugin currently. With this change untracked files will also be visible.

Staging / mgmt of untracked files can be done through the git interface.

Possible improvements:

  • Highlight Untracked files in a different way in the tree (same goes for modified files)
