Show projects view when folder is opened

Eric Armbruster requested to merge eric/kate:work/show-projects-on-project-open into master

I always get confused for a short moment that nothing happens when I use the open folder action. This is even worse for new users, as they have not yet made the association that open folder will open the folder in the projects view.

This MR tries to alleviate the problem by opening the projects view when the open folder action is triggered.
