Implement KWrite as simplified Kate without plugins & sessions
this will not work like this, naturally, as we need to make the application differetiate between kwrite and kate
this is just the first step, I will see what is needed to achieve what we discussed in !691 (closed)
Adds KUserFeedback to KWrite, as for Kate.
