build-plugin: pick and build default target when so requested

Mark Nauwelaerts requested to merge mnauwelaerts/kate:build_default into master

At present, it looks like 'Build Default Target' does not build the default/selected target, but rather the one at the top of list. This commit patches that to build the selected default.
