Only show base label while on "Numeral system" mode

Gabriel Barrantes requested to merge gabrielbarrantes/kcalc:hide-base into master

Since in all modes but "Numeral system" the base is fixed and expected to be 10, showing this label is just noise and looks specially bad on the "Simple" mode.
