Remove custom appstream check

Max Buchholz requested to merge maxnet/kclock:remove-custom-appstream-check into master

As ECM checks do already check for a successful appstream validation, this should not be needed anymore. Due to the outdated appstream version, it also makes the pipeline fail for !119 (merged), although the ECM checks succeed.
