Croatia joins the euro on January 1st, 2023

Croatia will join the euro on January 1st, 2023. This PR adds the fixed rate of 7.53450 crowns for 1 euro.

  • update my old (invalid) email address
  • bump release number to 1.3.2
  • also bump copyright end date to 2022
  • add fixed rate for Croatian kuna
