Use data from autoconfig.kde.org

Dimitris Kardarakos requested to merge dkardarakos/kongress:autoconfig-data into master

Instead of hosting the conference data in the source code of the application, fetch the data from autoconfig.kde.org. With this commit, new build/release will no longer be needed when conference data has been updated.
