Speed up file folder filter

Tomaz Canabrava requested to merge tcanabrava/konsole:speed_up_file_folder_filter into master

After a conversation with @sandsmark about a worry that enabling file and folder filter globally would be slow in big folders I decided to try to fix it. This patch improves the speed of text selection on a folder with a huge amount of files (> 6k) from ~48msec to 3msec.
