Allow escaped Links (like the anchor tag in html)

This implements this request, it's already implemented in Gnome Terminal and iTerm2, some cli applications are already using this, and it makes using terminal applications more pleasant as we can embbed information on texts. I understand @sandsmark had some reservations implementing this from the old bugreport This implementation is a personal request from @patrickpereira

When you click (depending on your settings) on the link, it launches it via KRun.
