terminalDisplay: Remove unused fixed{Font,Width}.

These flags are never used for anything. To note, the painting code does not fare well (or otherwise) with proportional fonts (before or after this commit). To be more specific, the painting code does not handle the cursor position well when using proportional fonts (or when removing ForceIntegerMetrics), the autotests pass otherwise.
