Add replacement for kinit

Since kinit is apparently gone, add our own launch wrapper to improve launch speed (goes from slow to instant here).

Could potentially move konsole proper to libexec and always use the wrapper, but that would necessitate making the launcher more cross platform.

I have been using this wrapper for a while myself, and it is night and day (there isn't really any difference between xterm and konsole now).
