Uppercase DECRPTUI hex response

Other terminals (VTE, Terminology) send the DECRPTUI hex response to DA3 in uppercase, Christian Persch's esctest fork (https://gitlab.gnome.org/chpe/esctest/) expects uppercase.

While I couldn't find a reference for this behavior, another response that sends hex, DECCKSR (checksum report) is specified in DEC STD-070 5-181 as returning uppercase hex:

The data of the control string consists of four hexadecimal digits (3/0 through 3/9 and 4/1 through 4/6) indicating the checksum.
