Quick Commands improvements

  • Allow the user to filter for Commands
  • Allow the user to run a non-saved command
  • Runs shellcheck on the command
  • Forbids the user to run scripts with shellcheck warnings / errors

This is helping me daily currently as I never remember how to write some if's and for's on the shell.
