Use the built-in profile for TerminalInterfaceV2; no need to add a new one

Kurt Hindenburg requested to merge work/kurthindenburg/use_builtin_TerminalInterfaceV2 into master

I don't see a reason to create a new builtin profile to test with. Also, there are issues w/ adding a "new" builtin profile that I'm researching (seem to show up w/ invalid parent).
