Saner defaults

This removes the options to disable Opening a URL or opening a File by click on konsole. Those options are not enabled by default and it's hidden behind six clicks via menus, dialogs and configuration options, I really believe that it's a better outcome to not have those hidden nor configurable.

If this is accepted, the next patch is to add a open with option ala dolphin, in the menu.
