Add support for animated wallpaper image

Spyridon Alatopoulos requested to merge sasupernova/konsole:animated-wallpaper into master

Recently, I discovered that konsole has background image support, and I wanted to try using some animated backgrounds. Unfortunately, this is currently not supported, and only terminology seems to have support for this feature. This MR adds support for said feature.
