Allow menu edit hotspot

Tomaz Canabrava requested to merge tcanabrava/konsole:allow_menu_edit_hotspot into master

Add the menu Open & Open with entries to the right click of the menu. I don't really like the API I created but it's necessary because the KFileInfoAction consumes a QMenu
