Adapt to Qt 5.15.10 changes in androiddeployqt

Things still build but without the new way of specifying the NDK version binary stripping doesn't work resulting several times larger APKs.

@teams/android consider this a meta-review, we need that in all apps with custom build.gradle files. Release branches are also affected, so the same should be backported as Craft patches for things with stable packages.
