konfigurator: Use flat QGroupBoxes and set documentMode on QTabWidget

Makes it consistent with other KCMs and and Kirigami KCMs. Note: this doesn't remove the KDE Wallet header, even though it probably should be. It doesn't show because I'm previewing it in QT Designer.
