Move side bar functions to the toolbar and setting minimum window size.

Removed side bar

I made side bar functions visible in the tool bar in icons only mode which in my opinion looks better.

Setting minimum width and height

I set the minimum width and height on desktop mode to the default size in which it opens.

Currently the minimum width and height on mobile is set to 0.
