* refactored and renamed:
  KByteaArrayView -> AbstractByteArrayView + ByteArrayColumnView
* renamed:
  KDataCursor -> ByteArrayTableCursor
  KDataRanges -> ByteArrayTableRanges
* made KByteArrayDisplay a complete layer to the used view
* ported all controllers and tools to use KByteArrayDisplay, not the byteArray widget

Now on to make ByteArrayRowView happen...
