Draft: Rebase KF6 branch on master, bump requirements for Qt6

Dexter Reed requested to merge sungsphinx/okteta:work/kossebau/kf6 into work/kossebau/kf6

Since the last commit to the KF6 branch was 1 year ago, I have (tried) to rebase it on the master branch, hopefully nothing weird has/will happen with git.

I also bumped the required version for Qt6 and added .flatpak-builder to the gitignore
