kasten/loadercontroller: Parent open/recent action to KActionCollection

The Open action uses its parent action collection to find the recent action and display it in the popup menu for quick access.

KActionCollection::addAction is documented as taking ownership, so the parent being us wouldn't gain us much, I'd say.
