Add content type detection for health certificates and transport tickets

So far this covers:

  • Indian vaccination certificates
  • European vaccination, test and recovery certificates
  • UIC 918.3 train ticket containers
  • VDV eTickets

More types to come.

This only does the detection so far, it doesn't offer any different action yet beyond the default copy to clipboard.
