make the quick access options configurable

It's all about configurability, isn't it?

adds the ability to configure the options that are displayed in the reduced options view:

Interface can probably be improved a little bit. I don't like how the buttons in the options pane on the bottom are positioned. Looks kind of arbitrarily placed, or what do you think?
