snapcraft: set XDG_CONFIG_HOME and XDG_DATA_HOME to real home so it actually cleans stuff up in home dir not snap home.

This partially fixes sweeper cleaning nothing as its home is set to an internal snap path. It now cleans several items, but I need to work out the remaining failures ( web cache stuff mostly ) and do a personal-files request with store.
