Database: cleanup programs in far future

Avoid that a fetcher stores programs by mistake.

For example, when the TV Spielfilm fetcher runs on 2023/01/01, it stores the programs of 2022/12/31 as 2023/12/31 (see #20 (closed)). On 2023/12/31, these old programs would be shown (because they exist already in the database).
