[BUGFIX 470651] Disabled autoresize in action from Konsole Kpart and added Yakuake own autoresize

Bug fix for reported bug 470651. The main issue is Konsole KPart shortcut was working on Yakuake after Ctrl+Shift+8 (Ctrl+* to be more precise) but it was conflicting with the split auto action on Konsole.

The solution was to disable the KPart action on Yakuake and make the action work using Yakuake's own resize logic.
