Add a vertical offset setting

Hi, this is my first KDE contribution :-)

I really like Yakuake (among other KDE tools). On my laptop I use the i3wm window manager with polybar and I encountered an issue with Yakuake position: The terminal hides the bar. Here is a screenshot : above-bar

This merge requests adds a setting to add a vertical offset to Yakuake. Here are two screenshots of both the bar and the setting menu: below-bar
