Show 'Made by KDE'

  • Make 'Made by KDE' branding shown by default, @carlschwan could you tell which website not to show this so I can disable showing there?
  • Put the branding on the left of the menu

The branding is a link, so putting it next to links in the menu seems to fit to me. It's also the link to the main site of our community, putting it to the left of the menu feels right as well. And in my opinion it can get more attention at that position from viewers, which seems to be in line with the goal of adding the branding.
