Updated peertube link in plasma-desktop example

https://peertube.mastodon.host doesn't work, I think https://tube.kockatoo.org/a/kde_community/video-channels is the correct one.

Also there is BUG 444503 about this, but I'm not sure where the link should be changed (where is the footer code)
